Shipping
We ship globally with certain exceptions.
The countries we ship to are programmed in our system. Countries that we do not ship to are either due to legal reasons or due to restrictions imposed by our carrier. If you cannot find a delivery option for your country at checkout, we will not ship to that country.
For legal reasons, we can only send orders to the UK with a minimum value of £135.00 GBP.
Otherwise we do not have a minimum order value.
We ship from Switzerland with Swiss Post and/or its partners.
We dispatch within seven working days of receiving your order.
If this is not the case, this delay will be indicated in the banner on the homepage (e.g. company vacations).

If you have not received your package 30 days after the dispatch confirmation email, please contact us via the contact form, stating your order number.
All international orders will be shipped DAP. Additional duties, import clearance and taxes are expected, are based on the importing country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
NEOSENTINEL will attach the proper shipping documents to the deliveries. The import of the ordered goods is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your customs authority directly.
Returns
NEOSENTINEL carefully checks every delivery before dispatch and documents its completeness by means of a photo, weight and person responsible.
If you receive incorrect or incomplete deliveries, please proceed as follows:
Please check that you have found all the delivered goods in the package. Sometimes these slip between other items or are difficult to recognize in the packaging material.
Please compare the goods you have received with the packing slip and your order.
If this does not help, we are just as unhappy as you are. Please contact us via the contact form, stating your order number.
We can fully understand the annoyance caused by such situations. Unfortunately, NEOSENTINEL is not liable for damage that occurs during transportation.

For quality assurance purposes, we would also be pleased to receive a brief notification including the result of the inquiries.
The revocation or exchange of ordered products is generally excluded. Where countries or jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of withdrawal or exchange, these are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law and are handled as described below. Revocation and exchange of goods delivered in accordance with the contract are only possible after prior written consent and confirmation by NEOSENTINEL and within 14 days of receipt.
Returns must be made in their original, complete and perfect condition (original packaging, accessories, operating instructions, etc.) and unused, so that they can be remarketed as new. The invoice and delivery bill must be enclosed with the shipment. All costs arising from the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
If the return shipment is not complete or the original packaging is damaged, NEOSENTINEL reserves the right to return the shipment at the customer's expense or to charge the customer a reasonable amount for the repair. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been specially manufactured or procured for the customer.

Send us a request for return/exchange via the contact form within 14 days of receipt. Be sure to state the order number and the goods concerned. We will then contact you about the further procedure.
Warranty
Unless specifically described, NEOSENTINEL does not assume a warranty.
During the statutory warranty period, NEOSENTINEL shall only provide a warranty for defects that can be proven to have arisen as a result of defective material, design faults or poor workmanship.
The manufacturer's warranty provisions apply to merchandise.
Excluded from the warranty are parts subject to natural wear and tear, damage resulting from inadequate maintenance, non-compliance with operating instructions, improper handling, misuse, negligence, accidents and force majeure. Warranty claims shall lapse if the customer himself or third parties carry out modifications or repairs without the written consent of NEOSENTINEL.
ACADEMY
You will receive an email with all the details of the event at least two weeks before it starts. Please also check your spam mailbox.
Cancellation of a booked event must be made in a written form. The following costs will be charged:
- No costs if the cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the start of the event,
- 50% of the cost of the event if the withdrawal is received within 4 weeks and up to 14 calendar days before the start of the event,
- 100% of the cost of the event if cancellation is received within 14 calendar days before the start of the event or in the case of non-attendance.
In the case of a last-minute withdrawal from a event, there is the right to nominate a replacement person, provided that this person fulfills the conditions of participation.
This regulation also applies in the event of cancellation for reasons of illness, unless the
impossibility of attending the course is documented by a medical certificate. In this case, it is possible to reschedule the attendance of the event at a later date, in which case the full event fees are due. If this option is waived, the above-mentioned cost regulation applies.
